Dear Nora,
You’re a special kind of person and you run a special kind
of place. My mother was so happy in the homey setting. We’ll always be grateful
for the T.L.C. and the many arts of kindness from you and the staff to my
mother over the last 5 years.
Our heartfelt thanks,
Mary & Family.
Dear Nora,
You’re so special, and very special to our family. Thank you
so very much for caring for Helen. She loves you and Jorge, loves living and
having you care for her daily needs. Her life has certainly been extended by
your loving care. We can’t thank you enough. We are part of your family as you
are part of our family.
Helen H. and Granddaughter Sandra.
Dear Nora & Silver Years Staff,
Geoffrey and I want to thank each of you for your hard work
and dedication in caring Audrey and the other Silver Years ladies. You are
truly helping Audrey to live as best as possible under very difficult
circumstances.
I am very lucky to have such a caring staff looking after
our mother.

Dear Nora,
I am sorry that I have taken so long to thank you for the
excellent and very loving care that you and your staff extended to our parents,
Anna Mae and Raymond.
When I was referred to your residence, I was desperate! My
parents, especially my father, were very difficult to handle. He had severe
Parkinsons’ disease and could not do anything for himself. While in your care,
he was fed, bathed, shaved, had his hair cut, was walked and cared for in the
most loving manner. My mother, while she could do more things for herself,
still required a great deal of care and supervision.
I always found them in clean clothes, bathed, my mother’s
hair fixed, she had makeup and jewelry on,
her nails polished and likewise father’s was also cut neatly and combed.
The one thing that I wanted to do more than anything in this
world was to keep them together until they were separated by death. They had
been married for over 62 years and the only people they consistently recognized
and related to was each other. Finding your residence permitted me to do this,
and I shall be grateful to you for the rest of my life.

Dear Nora,
Just wanted to thank you for taking good care of my mother.
She certainly was happy and content whenever I talked to her on the phone.
Wish that we would have made it in time to see her and would
have been happy to meet you.
Sincerely,
Jeannette T.
